Sweet Vanilla Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Pure Vitality Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbls Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • *Optional (cinnamon to taste)
  • (2-3 drops of stevia to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix protein powder, vanilla extract, almond milk, cinnamon, baking powder and egg in bowl.
  2. Fold in washed blueberries.
  3. Put 1 tsp coconut oil on griddle and slowly add batter.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes and then flip.
