Cinnamon Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Pure Vitality Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbls Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup mixed berries (heated on stovetop with a few drops of stevia to make a fruit sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, cinnamon, baking powder, and eggs in bowl.
  2. Put 1 tsp coconut oil on a griddle and slowly add batter.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes and then flip.
  4. Top with warm fruit sauce
