Shredded Brussel Sprout Salad
					Salad:
- 3 cups kale - chopped
 - 3 ½ cup Brussels sprouts - shredded
 - 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
 - 2 tablespoons blueberries or raspberries
 
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
 - Himalayan sea salt and pepper
 
Instructions
- Add all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
 - In a mason jar, add all the dressing ingredients and shake well to combine.
 - Pour the dressing over the salad and toss with well before serving.
