Hormone Balancing Hot Chocolate
					Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
 - 2 tbsp cacao powder
 - 1/2 tbsp maca powder
 - 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
 - 1/2 tbsp MCT oil (found on Amazon) or coconut butter
 - Stevia to taste
 
Optional Toppings:
- Coconut cream
 - Cacao nibs or shavings
 
Instructions:
- Warm up the coconut milk in your preferred way.
 - Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 10 seconds.
 - Pour into your favorite mug. Enjoy as is or top with coconut cream, cacao nibs, or cacao shavings.
