Garlic Butter Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz (280g) fresh spinach, thoroughly rinsed
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Himalayan sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. To make the garlic butter sauteed spinach: Heat butter in a large sauté pan or skillet. Sauté garlic until aromatic, then add spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice, and stir to combine well.
  2. Continue to sauté until the spinach starts to wilt and the garlic has released its smell. Season with salt and pepper.
