Almond Flour Bread
Almond Flour Bread
					Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
 - 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
 - 6 Large eggs Separated
 - 1/4 cup Butter melted
 - 3 tsp Baking powder
 - 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar (find in seasoning aisle)
 - 1 pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
 - 6 drops Liquid Stevia optional
 - 1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oven to 375 and grease an 8x4 loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
 - Separate egg whites from yolks.
 - Add egg whites and cream of tartar to bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Set aside
 - In a separate bowl, add in all other ingredients (including yolks) and 1/3 of egg white mixture until combined. Do not over-mix. A food processor works great for this.
 - Fold in remaining egg white mixture to gently combine. (A softer touch in mixing will help to make the bread bouncy.)
 - Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 
Makes 20 slices. 1 slice= 1 serving healthy fat
