Dr. deRoos takes a holistic approach to nutrition, weight loss & wellness. For the past twenty-eight years, he has studied and trained extensively in nutritional biochemistry and integrative nutrition enabling thousands of clients to benefit from his clinically driven knowledge and expertise, all the while empowering clients to take personal ownership of their unique health status.

Dr. deRoos truly believes that any individual is only as whole and healthy as the sum of their physical, physiological and psychological elements. His mission is to join with other like-minded doctors facilitating fellow Americans to burn stubborn and unwanted fat once and for all!

Dr. deRoos received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology @ The University of New York in Binghamton and went straight on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1995 @ New York Chiropractic College. God brought him South in 1996 to call Tennessee home. He is an accomplished speaker, dynamic lifestyle coach, and avid hiker. He currently resides just outside of Cleveland, TN with his wife Kimberly. They have a daughter Natalie, son in love, Drew and three adorable little granddaughters who call him Poppa.

Dr. Pragati Gusmano N.D.

Dr. Gusmano is a licensed naturopathic physician. She received her doctoral degree from Bastyr University and holds a Master's degree in communications from the University of Central Florida. She has over a decade of experience supporting patients and guiding them to make real and lasting lifestyle changes that promote optimal health.

She believes that change is possible at any age and that health is for everyone, not just a select few. Through evidence-based interventions and patient-centered care, she aims to empower and educate patients, allowing them to lay the foundation for their own success.

Dr. Gusmano is an expert in naturopathic medicine, diet and nutrient therapy, and lifestyle medicine. Her clinical interests include integrative and functional medicine, optimizing nutrition at all stages of life, evidence-based therapeutic lifestyle change, pediatrics, and mind-body medicine. In her free time, you'll find her outside connecting with nature, taking long bike rides, gardening, spending time with her two children, and cooking plant-based meals.
