Doc's Ultimate Super-Charged Green Smoothie Recipe

FYI: We use a Blendtec blender but a Vitamix is an excellent option as well.

(A ninja or nutrabullet will blend but not macerate the food in the smoothie as well.)

Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Pure Vitality or 4 scoops of Standard Process Protein Powder
  • 10 - 12 oz. of unsweetened coconut/almond milk
  • 1 stalk of well cleaned organic celery
  • 2 cups of organic greens like kale, spinach, swiss chard, or spring mix
  • 1 Tbls hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbls raw organic pumpkin seeds
    • ***(Or 1/8 ripe avocado or 1 Tbls coconut oil for healthy fat)
  • 1 level scoop Unicity all herbal LiFiber
  • 1 scoop of PreBiotic Inulin OR 1-3 capsules of ProSynbiotic
  • 1 scoop of Powered Collagen
  • 1-2 oz. Plant-Derived Liquid Minerals
  • 1 scoop of Perfect Greens (or Perfect Reds) SuperFood Powder
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, orange, peach, strawberries etc.) OR
  • 1 cup frozen berries: strawberries, black, red raspberries (blueberries taste best) to keep smoothie cool from the heat generated from blade friction.
